*We do not offer pre set menus. All menus are customized with pricing based on menu selections and group size. Average pricing is approximately $11 to $16 per guest and generally includes an entree or two, 2 side items, desserts and cold beverages. Please note that at least four (4) items must be selected to be eligible for a full service delivery. (includes delivery, set up and pick up) Menus may include only food or a food and beverage combination. You may also choose to include hors d'oeuvres or add more entrees and/or side items. Prices will not be guaranteed more than six months in advance due to fluctuating market conditions. *If you do not wish to have a full service catered event, most items on our menu are available for pick up. Some items are sold by the pound. Others by the bowl, pan or per guest. Please call or email for specific information on prices and quantity suggestions. Please note that pick ups do not include rolls, condiments, paper products, chaffing dishes or sterno. *We offer china, silver, glassware, linens, serving staff and bartenders for hire. Please click here for details and rates. *Upon confirmation, we will require a credit card number w/ a current expiration date to guarantee the availability of our services. *Acceptable methods of payment are cash, checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express. *Guest count requirements: Brkfst M-F till 9am = 20 M-F lunches till 3pm = 15 after 3pm = 25, Saturday = 30 , Sunday = 45 *A final guarantee of attendance is required ten (10) days in advance of the planned event. *All food at any full service event must be catered exclusively by Rubinic's Catering Service. Exceptions include wedding cakes, table favors, gifts where applicable and special circumstances in which case a waiver of released responsibility must be signed by the person booking the event. *All per guest quotes are plus 6% sales tax (unless tax exempt, proof required) 10% service charge ( does not include staff on site), and a $20.00 delivery fee. Service areas such as York, Lancaster, Lebanon and Carlisle are considered to be out of our normal service area and will be charged an increased delivery fee. Charges are based on mileage and driving time. We reserve the right to increase delivery charges without notice when fuel costs rise above manageabiliity. *Dinner rolls, butter, paper products, chaffing dishes and sterno are included for all full service catered events. Assorted sandwich breads, condiments, kaiser and hoagie rolls are also included when applicable. *Any leftover food is the responsibility of the client. It may be kept, given away or donated. Rubinic's Catering may not transport any leftover food donations for client. *Any food remaining at the time of pick up will be discarded. Please be sure to pack up any surplus food in a timely manner to avoid any misunderstandings. *Rubinic's Catering does NOT supply tables for guests, food or beverage set up. *We do not require any electrical outlets. *Cancellations must give 72 hours notice and must be confirmed by a Rubinic's Catering representative or 50% of estimated invoice will be charged to client. *EXTRA FEES- If we must wait more than 15 minutes to access a meeting room or set up area, a $25 fee will be charged. Drivers generally arrive for cleanup between 1:30and 3:00pm for M-F lunches. If your event is planned to go beyond the standard time window of pick up, please advise so other arrangements can be made. Please be sure all equipment is available at the time of pick up ( all bowls, baskets, trays, pans etc.). Our equipment is NOT disposable. Return trips for picking up items is $25. Specific arrangements for pick up of weekend events are made at the time of final guest count confirmation. We reserve the right to revise any of the information contained herein as neccessary. |
