PORK Pork Ribs- Fall off-of-the-bone tender! Bone-in Ribs seasoned and slow roasted in a tangy BBQ sauce. Smoked Ham- Juicy slices of baked ham served plain or w/ homemade pineapple raisin sauce. Stuffed Pork Chops- Filled with our homemade bread stuffing and topped w/ home made pork gravy. Roasted Whole Pig- One of our Specialties! Succulent, slowly roasted whole pig, spiced just right and presented luau style with a party hat and sunglasses. (minimum 40 pound pig) Roast Italian Pork Loin- Whole pork loin seasoned with fresh garlic, rosemary and sage. Then wrapped with smoked bacon, slow roasted and served w/ pan gravy. Pulled Pork- Seasoned and slow roasted fresh pork pieces, pulled and served in its own juices. A tasty alternative to a whole roasted pig! Sausage- Choose from our homemade variety or sweet Italian sausage. Add sauerkraut or peppers and onions. BEEF Roast Top Round of Beef- This is the beef that got our business started! Slow roasted, thinly sliced and served au jus or in our home made beef gravy. Beef Bourgionne- Tender beef tips and mushrooms simmered in a Burgundy wine sauce. Stuffed Peppers- Seasoned ground beef w/ rice stuffed inside a fresh green sweet pepperand simmered in a rich tomato sauce. Meatloaf- The king of comfort food! Served w/ our own home made beef gravy.
