Event Staffing

Fee is based upon the number of guests, incidentals requested and the scope of service. Typically a charge of 15-24% applies. Services available include:

• Simple Buffet Service- This service is usually requested by large groups that prefer staff on site to change buffet pans and keep the buffet area tidy.
• Wedding Reception Service - This service is usually requested by wedding clients that are not planning just a simple buffet party. Services that are included but not limited to are head table service, champagne or cider service, place setting, Wedding cake carving, candle lighting & buffet attendance.
• Plated Table Service -  This service is for groups 50 to 125 that do not prefer buffet service or feel that it would be taxing for guests to serve themselves at a buffet line.
• In Home Assistant -  This service is typically utilized by clients who are having a catered party in their home and would like a bit if assistance with general duities.
• Corporate Services - This service is usually requested by corporate or business clients that require a more formal atmosphere and includes general restaurant table services.
